annual parochial church meeting (apcm) 2024

Monday 22nd April, 7.30 -9.30pm, St Helen’s Church
(Doors open at 7pm for registration and refreshments)

This meeting is about governance in the church, but also about vision. It is a key time to look back over the year and remember all that God has done in and through the church and committing again to seek His Kingdom above all else. We celebrate His provision and acknowledge our need, all the while recognising that it all belongs to and holds together in Jesus.

If, having read the document for the meeting you have any questions you want to ask at the meeting, please email us here at ppc@allsaintsworcester.org.uk so that we can prepare well.

APCM documents are here! These are the key things to read ahead of the meeting

1. Agenda for the meeting on 22nd April 2024
2. Draft minutes of the 2023 APCM and Annual meeting of Parishioners to be approved at the APCM 2024.
3. ASW Annual Report and Accounts 2023 approved by PCC and to be received at the APCM 2024.
4. Annual Review of Ministry 2023/24

Our current treasurer, Grahame Lucas will be stepping down at this year’s APCM. We are immensely grateful for the way the Grahame has served the church in this role. We are therefore looking for the right person to take this important role to steer the finances of the church. Here is the Treasurer’s role description with a summary of what we are looking for. If you know anyone that would be brilliant at this, please be in touch via pcc@allsaintsworcester.org.uk.
