It is so important that we keep you and others safe, therefore we are asking everyone regardless of vaccination status to do a lateral flow test less than 24hrs before arrival. We would ask that you please register your results at https://www.gov.uk/report-covid19-result. You will be sent a confirmation text, which we will ask you to show on your arrival. We also request that people wear a mask for singing, so please bring your own mask. There will be hand sanitiser available around the building.
Disabled Access
There is ramp access to the church and an accessible toilet in our portacabins. Please contact us if you have any further additional needs – info@new-wine.org

Refreshments
Complimentary tea and coffee will be available at the beginning of the morning and afternoon sessions at the back of the church. As a New Wine network, we are committed to playing our part in limiting plastic waste, therefore if possible please bring your own coffee cup and water bottle. There will be coffee mugs available if you are unable to bring your own.
If you have any food allergies, we would love you to be catered for appropriately so please inform us at office@allsaintsworcester.org.uk
Lunch
One of the lovely parts of a day like this is having lunch with friends and/or exploring a new city (if you’re coming on your own please let us know if you’d like to be introduced to others). You’re welcome to bring your own lunch and there will be spaces in church for you to eat (especially if it’s raining).
