Expression of Interest: Youth Pastor
We are currently reviewing our staff roles for our youth ministries and are exploring a number of options. We will be looking to advertise in the coming weeks. We are exploring two possible roles, one of youth worker and another of youth work coordinator.

Maternity Cover Children’s Worker
This position is a temporary maternity cover for our children’s worker role.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about ministry for and with children. We are looking for someone who feels called and gifted by God to oversee a vibrant and exciting children’s ministry in the church, as well as engaging with families to discover something of God’s love and grace.
The successful candidate will be motivated, creative, and enjoy a challenge. They will be confident ministering in the gifts and power of the Holy Spirit. They will be self-aware, undefended, good at relating to and connecting with children and families of all ages and backgrounds. They will have a desire to be part of the church family and to model what it looks like to live out our vision and values.
It is a legitimate requirement of the role for the successful candidate to be a practicing christian with an active faith.
In line with CoE and our own safeguarding policies, appointment to the role will be conditional on an enhanced DBS working with children that will be carried out prior to the agreed upon start date.

Contract: Maternity Cover Only
Starting Date: April 2026 and as agreed
Hours: 18 Per Week
Location: Primarily All Saints church and St Helen’s church
Salary: £25,820 pro rata per annum (£12,393)
